Pam Minty
Pam Minty, Film Center Registrar, is the co-founder of 40 Frames, screening 16mm films locally since 2000. She has worked as a member of the sound department for industry productions as part of IATSE Local 488. She is working on a documentary about the changing frontier lifestyle in southeastern Oregon.
