VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED IN THE FOLLOWING ROLES (please check your first two choices):
Collateral Distribution: Assist with delivery of brochures, posters, programs, and errands as well as assist with venue operations including loading and unloading of materials. Some heavy lifting and driving might be required

Box Office:
Assist with tickets, memberships, workshops, and panel sales both pre-events and during the Festival.

Hospitality:
assist with hosting guests. Duties include preparing welcome packages and possibly escorting guests to and from venues

Publicity/Media Relations:
Assist the Marketing and Public Relations Manager with administration and media hosting.

Special Events:
Assist with setup, production and teardown of the Opening Night Gala (Feb. 13th), and other Festival events

Venue Operations:
Assist with ticket taking, line control and ushering, clean-up after each screening and setting up signage/displays a the venues. Also includes invitation/ticket taking at

Special Events:
Being able to communicate in a professional and pleasant manner is a must!
